Senior Saturday

Well it happened. I started my senior year of high school.
Football games woot woot
Last night I went to my last first high school football game. That's one thing I'll probably actually miss about high school.

I actually planned on writing this blog a month ago but then life got in the way. (shocker)

It seems like yesterday I stole my friend's "Senior '09" tshirt. I wore that thing all over the place because I thought it made people think I had already graduated. The braces and the baby face were a slight give away though.

The feeling I got while wearing that shirt was empowering though. I felt like I was unstoppable and that I could do anything, because I was 'older'.

a senior picture, for I am one after all
I was reading my bible and came across the verse 1 Timothy 4:12 "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."

Lightbulb in my head.

I don't have to wait until I'm older to make a difference.
I don't have to wait until I'm older to live.
I don't have to wait until I'm older to be an example.

I'm old enough now
My time is now.

Because after all, you never know how much time you have.

God bless!!
And don't forget to tell people how much you care before it's too late.
Kasia.
