This is kind of awkward. Like first day of school awkward. I feel like I should introduce you to myself and give you the syllabus to my blog. And because it is the first day of school I can't give you homework. Well I can but I won't, because I do have a heart.
As for this blog, hopefully someone reads it and hopefully something good comes out of it.
The beginning of school is always the hardest. Having to memorize a new schedule, wake up before the sun, actually wear real life clothes, all while having no idea what the dump is going on. At all. But in some ways the disciples can relate. The 12 disciples of Jesus were ordinary people, with NO idea what amazing things they would encounter on their way. They doubted Jesus was even legit at times, but they still followed and obeyed. Good thing they did too!!!! Cause Jesus is pretty awesome!!!!
School is definitely not Jesus, or anywhere close, but sometimes you just have to keep in mind that this all for a higher cause...college...(more school yay!!!) and that this REALLY will pay off in the end, even if you don't ever use the quadratic formula for anything but the a.c.t., God will smile at you for using your brain that he graciously gave you!!
So this is my short first blog post pep talk. You CAN make it through this week. You CAN make it through this school year. You WILL pass! You WILL be awesome!
