What Wednesday

Guess what happened today!!!!
My school had a for real lock down!! For over an hour!!!! We even got out of school early!! (we got out at 3:01 instead of 3:04, how nice!!) And when we left we had to use to evacuation plan!! I got to walk all around the school to get to my car!!!!!!

I spent 2 hours in my fifth hour!!! But that's okay I like class.

Why you may ask???
The students were told, "A suspicious item was found in a suspicious place"
aka a backpack!! (a backpack in a school...weird right??)

no there's more to the story I am assuming, but I do not know. I'm a student and they don't tell us things!! If I was from any other town I might be confused or scared but sadly this is not the first time this has happened to us....actually this happened almost exactly a year ago to us!!! (it was a lot more serious then this time. google it.)

Turns out, the backpack contained school supplies. (shocker)

Anywhoooo,
I will try to relate this to you. It may be hard to if you weren't really in the situation, but just imagine.

Pretend that backpack is your sin. All these people down here FREAKING out. YOU SINNER!!!!!! How DARE you do THAT!!! Like people are straight up AVOIDING you because you sin. (don't act like this doesn't happen!!!)

God is the bomb squad. (or whoever actually opened that backpack) He opens up the backpack and it's just school supplies. He's not surprised, he's not judging, he's not even scared. He's like, I knew it was sin (school supplies), you're human (a student).

I saw this online and I really liked it (you go twitter!!!)

SO, don't get me wrong, God doesn't like sin and doesn't okay it. He forgives you though!!! That's pretty cool. And I wanted to share with you my bomb experience today!!

"For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it." -James 2:10

The moral of this story is God doesn't care what your specific sin is, and that finals would possibly drive a student to bombing the school.

God Bless!
Kasia
Ps. Shout out to my school for taking the precautions for our safety!!
